Would you want to be an astronaut? How would you feel about living in the space station? What would you miss most if you were in space? What would you want to take with you?
I would not want to be a astronaut because i dont think i could handle being in space. It would be kind of cool living in the space station with zero gravity. I would probably miss my home if i were in space. I would want to take a rock so i could see it float around in space.
I think it would be cool to be an astronaunt, but i wouldn't want to be one. I would be kind of scared living in space, because I would just be floating around, which is cool.. but scary at the same time. I would probably miss my family and friends the most. I would bring pictures of my family and friends so I won't miss them as much and I will have something to remind me of home.
I would want to be an astronaut because I get to go in space and get paid a lot of money. I would feel a little scared when I first arrive because I've never been in space before but after a couple months I'd be used to it. I would miss my friends and family the most if I was in space. I would want to take a TV so I wouldn't get bored in my free time.

I would bring a fathead of my favorite tennis player, a tennis racket, a tennis ball, and some food, clothing, and water.

I would miss my friends and family the most if I was in space. I would want to take my pet dogs Gabi and Jolie. Maybe my other dog Snickers. It depends if he's in a bad mood or not because some times he bites people like my friend Carley.
I think it would be cool to be an astronant. But i wouldnt want to be ana astronaut. Because i would be so scared and i would have the jitters the would time. I dont know if i could be in that tiny area for a long time. I would freak out.
Zach: I would not want to be an astronaut i would feel scared to live in an space station. i would miss the ground if i was in space. id take cool stuff that is really heavy and watch it float.

I would not want to be an astronaut because I am claustrophobic. I could not stand being in a space ship for who knows how long. I would feel wierd living in a space station. I would miss my bed if i were in space, because space doesn't have mattresses. I would bring my iPod to space with me.
I wouldn't want to be an astronaut beacause I've always been afraid of a space ship explodeing while I was in it, but zero gravity would be cool. I wouldn't want to live in a space station because something could go wrong. I would miss my friends, family, and technology if I was in space. I would bring food, water, a notebook and pen, and an ipod touch.
@ Zach and Josh I agree i would be scary and i would take heavy stuff to watch it float. I would also be catious about the ship braking down and diing from oxygen loss.
I would totally agree i would want to bring a tv i mean they have satilites in space right? So i think you actually could. That sound cool to think of floating around in space watching tv!!!
Mrs Hoffman, My partner and i agreed that we would rather go up into space for like a week or so. We think living in a space station would be weird and cool at the same time. It would be weird because you cant do every day things. It would be cool because you would be waitless!!!!!!!!!!!!! We both think we would miss sports the most. We would bring food, drinks, clothing, camera, blankies. Thats what we have to say about being astranouts!!!!!!!!!!

Living in a space station would be cool because there would be no gravity and space food would be cool to try. I would take my green snuggie, and Nate would would bring his brown snuggie and we snuggie buddies. He also said he would bring football, and his pool that he doesnt own and his floaties so he doesnt drown, and finally his trampoline.
@Carley, How would you bring an ipod and cell phone into space if they wouldn't work? you should bring my dog snickers instead. Your a silly goober. If a cellphone or ipod couldn't work in space, would you still bring them? I am curious to know.
No we don't want to be astronots. we would fell like fish out of water because there is no oxogen. pizza/facebook/video games/iphone/family. I would take every thing i put on the list above.
@ Brian I think money is a pretty stupid factor to help you decide if you should be an astronaut or not. Money isn't a good factor to decide your job on.

Well it's not that hard facebook is easy to stay away from and Xbox you can't even get live up there and what happens if you forget a game in space you will never get it back, but I can agree with the family.

Living in a space station might be kinda cool for maybe three days, but then I would get bored and miss my family and friends. The thing I would miss the most would probably be my phone, because if I had my phone I could stay in contact with everybody, so I wouldn't miss them as much(:. I would take my pillow pet, my nook, and food that doesn't get spoiled quickly or needs a fridge/freezer.

@Alex Anderson: Yes, you would explode but Im sure they would give you a suite if you did go into space. I wouldnt want to go alone either, I would love to enjoy the no gravity ship with my friends and family but my mom may not like the hights and no gravity. And it would be terrible if something went wrong in space.

I probably wouldn't like to be an astronaut because in space your confined in that little rocket shuttle thingy and the space suit probably confines your movements. If you cant lift your arms over your head, you cant do a handstand on the moon. How cool would that be!!! I am not a person who can be confined in that little space for that long. I need room to move. I would hate living in a space station. I would miss the tree and animals and color. Its black nothing in space. If I did go in space I would want food and a tooth brush. Think about it.

If I was living in space I would fell small, and lonly, and would get bored, and scared because I would be very far from earth. what I would miss most in space is being around trees, going out with my friends, and normal day light. If I was going out to space I would bring alot of different books and my friends.
I wouldn't want to be an astonaut, but living in space sounds kinda cool. In space, what I would miss most of all is, well, air. If I went up into space I would bring a journey to record what's happenning, something to pass the time like a few books or my own stories to write, and I would NEED music.
@Jonathan Finn: It would be great to go to te moon and bounce around there with my friends! And I wouldnt want to stay on a ship the whole time unless theres no gravity because no gravity is awsome and I have always wanted to fly so it would be amazing to be in a no gravity or low gravity moment!
@ Jonathan Finn I agree if you were up in space something could easily go wrong like if you were floating around you could bump into a lever or a button that could open a door and you could just get sucked into space and die.
I would not like to go in to space. Zero gravity would be fun but what if something went wrong? If something went wrong you could be dead or disabled instantly. And you can't bring any personal items on the shuttle because everything has to be very regular so ship doesn't crash. Dried foods and juice pouches don't taste very good. I would hate to do something wrong and kill many other astronauts and myself.
@ Julia Jules you would flip in space. you are just like me, YOU NEED ROOM. You would be bouncing off the walls. and no you couldn't just go out in space and bounce around because you have a limited amount of oxygen.

I'm sorry NASA, but I could not go into space. I'm scared of a lot of things, and hights and cramped, small space for a long period of time are two of them. I would miss my buddies, friends, and family if I would have to go to a space shuttle for a week or two or go to a space station for 6 monthes. I would bring pictures of people, books, and something to do in my free time. =D
I wouldn't want to be an astronaut because I would be board up there, if you reallythink about it all you can do is float and talk and I can't do day an hour much less than a day. I would miss my friends and family, i also wonder if they put built in wifi into the shuttle so you can get some apps up there. They also need an ipod adapter so you can lisen to some tunes inside your helmet. I also feel sorry for the people who have an itch on their head and they can't itch it. Lastly i would takemy phone so i could talk to people, my ipod and some frebreeze.
I would never want to be an astronaut and go up into space. Because it requires lots of time, training and you half to leave your family and friends and live in a space station. If had to go up into space I would bring with me things to keep me occupied on my long journey into space I would bring my camera to take pictures with and sketch book.
I agree that it would be boring to live in space. You wouldn't have anything to do. I would hate living in space because you would have to bring a lot of stuff to prevent yourself from being bored. I would hat being bord in space. Plus after a while of living with your friend there would be nothing to talk about.
@Sam Gunther I agree if I ever went into space I would want real food. I think that powder food that they eat up there would be nasty. I don't see how they can eat that stuff for a week at a time sometimes.

I would hate to be confined too. I never thought about it like that. It would feel like you were a dog or cat in the SPCA who didn't have a home. you couldn't move very much at all, but you could be weightless.

However, I think it would be cool to live in a space station because it would be a very different experience. If I were to go to space, I would miss my parents and my friends the most. If I were to go to space, I would take my jump-rope, my books, and my crocheting stuff (yarn and crochet hooks).

Living in a space station might be kinda cool for maybe three days, but then I would get bored and miss my family and friends. The thing I would miss the most would probably be my phone, because if I had my phone I could stay in contact with everybody, so I wouldn't miss them as much(:. I would take my pillow pet, my nook, and food that doesn't get spoiled quickly or needs a fridge/freezer.

ReplyDeleteI probably wouldn't like to be an astronaut because in space your confined in that little rocket shuttle thingy and the space suit probably confines your movements. If you cant lift your arms over your head, you cant do a handstand on the moon. How cool would that be!!! I am not a person who can be confined in that little space for that long. I need room to move. I would hate living in a space station. I would miss the tree and animals and color. Its black nothing in space. If I did go in space I would want food and a tooth brush. Think about it.

ReplyDeleteI agree if you were up in space something could easily go wrong like if you were floating around you could bump into a lever or a button that could open a door and you could just get sucked into space and die.
I would not like to go in to space. Zero gravity would be fun but what if something went wrong? If something went wrong you could be dead or disabled instantly. And you can't bring any personal items on the shuttle because everything has to be very regular so ship doesn't crash. Dried foods and juice pouches don't taste very good. I would hate to do something wrong and kill many other astronauts and myself.

I'm sorry NASA, but I could not go into space. I'm scared of a lot of things, and hights and cramped, small space for a long period of time are two of them. I would miss my buddies, friends, and family if I would have to go to a space shuttle for a week or two or go to a space station for 6 monthes. I would bring pictures of people, books, and something to do in my free time. =D

I would miss my friends and family, i also wonder if they put built in wifi into the shuttle so you can get some apps up there. They also need an ipod adapter so you can lisen to some tunes inside your helmet. I also feel sorry for the people who have an itch on their head and they can't itch it. Lastly i would takemy phone so i could talk to people, my ipod and some frebreeze.

If had to go up into space I would bring with me things to keep me occupied on my long journey into space I would bring my camera to take pictures with and sketch book.

ReplyDeleteEither way what ever God wants me to be if he wants me to be a astronaut I will be a astronaut.I would not like it at all but if God wanted me to I would in a heartbeat if I was aloud to.I would miss my church family and family the most.I would want to take my Bible if I was in a space station or a space shuttle,i would take my Bible so I could read it there.I would bring the KJV Bible.
